  What a great spa situated right here in Aliso Viejo! I spoke with the owner Paul (cool guy) and pretty much told him I break my body down from my crazy activities and if cryotherapy would be a good addition to my lifestyle...pretty much Paul's answer was a big "yup!"
  
  All kidding aside, Paul walked me through the process, the paperwork, and gave me a tour after recording my vitals. The ambiance was fitting for an Orange County aura of calmness and modern style combined.
  
  Of course I needed pictures (pictures or it never happened!) and it was on!
  
  The sensation of swirling air spreading the sub-200 degree temperature drop across my entire body was quite new to me ...so I must do this again! What a renewed experience after exiting the chamber, especially as Paul weld comes me back to another section of the spa for smooth tasting collagen cocktail to cap off my first cryotherapy session!
  
  I've seen it in the movies where they lock you into a cryogenic state and preserve you for a LONG time. Well I still have a lifetime of adventures to experience so these incremental three minutes of cryotherapy works just fine for me!
  
  Experience this for yourself...as I surely will be returning!
